ACTN3 antibody was raised in Rabbit using a KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the N-term region of human ACTN3 as the immunogen
Western blot analysis using ACTN3 antibody (70R-49332)
Western blot analysis of ACTN3 expression in HeLa (A); mouse muscle (B); rat muscle (C) whole cell lysates.
ACTN3 antibody
Western blot analysis using ACTN3 antibody (70R-49332)
Western blot analysis of ACTN3 expression in HeLa (A); mouse muscle (B); rat muscle (C) whole cell lysates.
Immunofluorescent analysis using ACTN3 antibody (70R-49332)
Immunofluorescent analysis of ACTN3 staining in HeLa cells. Formalin-fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 5-10 minutes and blocked with 3% BSA-PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with the primary antibody in 3% BSA-PBS and incubated overnight at 4 C in a humidified chamber. Cells were washed with PBST and incubated with a DyLight 594-conjugated secondary antibody (red) in PBS at room temperature in the dark. DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).

General Information
Biological Significance
ACTN3 is an actin-binding protein with multiple roles in different cell types. This gene expression is limited to skeletal muscle. It is localized to the Z-disc and analogous dense bodies, where it helps to anchor the myofibrillar actin filaments.
