Polyclonal ALDOA antibody, Anti-ALDOA antibody, ALDA antibody, Fructose-bisphosphate aldolase A antibody, Lung cancer antigen NY-LU-1 antibody, Muscle-type aldolase antibody
Specificity
Recognizes endogenous levels of ALDOA protein
Cross Reactivity
Mouse, Rat, Dog, Rabbit
Applications
ICC, IF, IP, WB
Immunogen
ALDOA antibody was raised in Rabbit using a KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the N-term region of human ALDOA as the immunogen
Western blot analysis using ALDOA antibody (70R-49363)
Western blot analysis of ALDOA expression in HEK293T (A); HepG2 (B); HeLa (C); NIH3T3 (D); PC12 (E); rat skeletal muscle (F) whole cell lysates.
ALDOA antibody
Western blot analysis using ALDOA antibody (70R-49363)
Western blot analysis of ALDOA expression in HEK293T (A); HepG2 (B); HeLa (C); NIH3T3 (D); PC12 (E); rat skeletal muscle (F) whole cell lysates.
Immunofluorescent analysis using ALDOA antibody (70R-49363)
Immunofluorescent analysis of ALDOA staining in HepG2 cells. Formalin-fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 5-10 minutes and blocked with 3% BSA-PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with the primary antibody in 3% BSA-PBS and incubated overnight at 4 C in a humidified chamber. Cells were washed with PBST and incubated with a DyLight 594-conjugated secondary antibody (red) in PBS at room temperature in the dark. DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).
