Western Blot of Alpha 1 anti trypsin antibody. Lane 1: molecular weight. Lane 2: Human transferrin (green); Alpha 1 anti trypsin (red); and Human IgG (Blue) in a multiplex fluorescent western blot of human serum. Load: 35 ug per lane. Each primary antibody was diluted to 1:1000 for overnight at 4 deg C. Rabbit IgG (H&L) antibody DyLight649 Conjugated (green), Goat IgG (H&L) antibody DyLight549 Conjugated (red), Mouse IgG (H&L) antibody DyLight488 Conjugated (blue)secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for ~ 1hr at 4 degrees. Block: IRdye blocking buffer overnight at 4 deg C.
