GFAP antibody: GFAP or Glial fibrillary protein is a well known astocyte marker which is used in common used in immunofluorescence for colocalization studies in neuronal cells and in immunohistochemistry as a neuronal marker. This particular rabbit poylclonal GFAP antibody is supplied as neat serum and can be used in immunofluoresence and Western blotting.

Amyloid P antibody: Amyloid P protein, also known as P component, comprises 10 percent of amyloid tissue and is present in all but the central nervous system forms of amyloid. Amyloids are a feature of many of the most common neuronal diseases. This monoclonal Amyloid P antibody is an Amyloid P IgG1 suitable for use in ELISA assays.

AChE antibody:  AChE, or Acetylcholinesterase is an important neuronal enzyme which hydrolyzes the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine at neuromuscular junctions and brain cholinergic synapses, and thus terminates signal transmission. This monoclonal AChE antibody is validated for use in several assays including ELISA, IHC and IP.

beta Amyloid antibody: This chicken polyclonal beta Amyloid antibody is excellent for use in IHC. It is affinity purified and provided in PBS. Beta amyloid is an extracellular filamentous protein deposit found in the brain. Accumulation of beta amyloid to form amyloid or neuritic plaques is a hallmark of Alzheimer’s disease. Substance P antibody: Substance P is one of the key neuropeptides which functions as a neurotransmitter and as a neuromodulator. This rat monoclonal Substance P antibody is perfect for immunohistochemistry applications.

Drebrin antibody: Drebrins are required for actin polymerization at immunological synapses and might play some role in cell migration, extension of neuronal processes and plasticity of dendrites. This Polyclonal Drebrin antibody is suitable for a wide variety of assays including Immunofluorescence, IHC-F, IHC-P, IP and Western Blot.

NSE antibody: NSE or Neuron Specific Enolase is a glycolytic enzyme that is present in neurons, neuroendocrine cells, and amine precursor uptake and decarboxylation (APUD) cells. Elevated NSE concentrations are observed in patients with neuroblastoma, pancreatic islet cell carcinoma, medullary thyroid carcinoma, pheochromocytoma, and other neuroendocrine tumors. This monoclonal NSE antibody is Protein G purified and suitable for use in IHC-F, IHC-P and Western Blot.
