Western Blot analysis using BRPF1 antibody (10R-1297)
Detection of BRPF1 by Western blot. Samples Used: Whole cell lysate from human HeLa (50 ug) and rat NIH3T3 (50 ug) cells.
Western Blot analysis of immunized recombinant protein using BRPF1 antibody (10R-1297)
Flow Cytometric assay using BRPF1 antibody (10R-1297)
HeLa cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/PBS and then permeabilized in 90% methanol. Cells were stained with anti-BRPF1 mAb (shaded) or isotype control (unshaded) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG.

Method of Purification
BRPF1 antibody was purified using protein G column chromatography from culture supernatant of hybridomacultured in a medium containing bovine IgG-depleted(approximately 95%) fetal bovine serum.
Form & Buffer
BRPF1 antibody in PBS (3.0 mM KCl, 1.5 mM KH2 PO4 , 140 mM NaCl, 8.0 mM Na2 HPO4 (pH 7.4)) containing 1% bovine serum albumin (BSA) and 0.05% sodium azide (NaN3 ).
Store at 2-8 deg C for up to one year. We recommend long term storage at -20 deg C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Biohazard Information
This antibody solution contains sodium azide (NaN ) as a preservative. There is a potential hazard that NaN reacts with copper or lead to produce an explosive compound. For safe disposal, the vial has to be washed thoroughly with water. It is strongly adv
General Information
Biological Significance
The protein encoded by this gene is expressed ubiquitously and at the highest level in testes and spermatogonia. The protein is localized within nuclei, and it is very similar in structure to two zinc finger proteins, AF10 and AF17. It is suggested that these proteins form a family of regulatory proteins. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
