Usage & Assay Information

Bioactivity 200 units/mg - One unit of activity is defined as the amount of enzyme which hydrolyzes one uMole of Z-Arg-Arg-beta NA per minute at 40o C pH 6.0, in the presence of DTT.

Storage & Safety

Storage Aliquot and store at -70 deg C or lower. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
