Assay Information
A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 105 to 108 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal /formance in the assay of interest.
Store at 2-8 deg C. Do not freeze. Protect from light.
General Information
Biological Significance
The FN50 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD69, also known as very early activation antigen. CD69 is approximately 30 kDa and is expressed on the cell-surface as a disulfide-linked dimer. CD69 is rapidly upregulated upon activation and expressed on lymphocytes, monocytes and platelets.
