Western Blot analysis using cMyc antibody (10-2499)
Immunoblotting assay of myc mAbs. COLO 320 HSR cells were dissolved in SDS buffer and fractionated on a 12.5% SDS-polyacrylamide gel. Fractionated proteins were electroblotted onto nitrocellulose paper, the blot was cut into longitudinal strips, and each strip was probed with a di?erent antibody. Tracks contained the following MAbs: 1, normal mouse serum; 2, WU32 anti-HLA; 3. CT9-B7; 4, CT14-G4; S, Mycl-91510; 6, Mycl-8P9; 7, Mycl-3C7; 8. Mycl-6510; 9, Myb2-2.24. Prestained marker proteins were run in tracks alongside cell lysates, and molecular weights of detected antigens were estimated by comparison with the positions of these markers.
