CRHR2 antibody was raised in Rabbit using a KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the center region of human CRHR2 as the immunogen
Western blot analysis using CRHR2 antibody (70R-49593)
Western blot analysis of CRHR2 expression in BC3H1 (A); U87MG (B) whole cell lysates.

Western blot analysis using CRHR2 antibody (70R-49593)
Western blot analysis of CRHR2 expression in BC3H1 (A); U87MG (B) whole cell lysates.
Immunohistochemical analysis using CRHR2 antibody (70R-49593)
Immunohistochemical analysis of CRHR2 staining in human brain formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

General Information
Biological Significance
CRHR2 belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 2 family, and the subfamily of corticotropin releasing hormone receptor. This receptor shows high affinity for corticotropin releasing hormone (CRH), and also binds CRH-related peptides such as urocortin.
