Specificity Specific for Rabbit IgG (H&L) heavy and light chains and the light chains of other rabbit immunoglobulins.
Cross Reactivity Does not crossreact with other non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. This antibody has minimum cross reactivity with human, bovine, mouse and horse serum proteins. The cross reactivity to other immunoglobulin’s has not been tested.

Biological Significance Immunoglobulin G (IgG) are antibody molecules. Each IgG is composed of four peptide chains - two heavy chains and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites. Other Immunoglobulins may be described in terms of polymers with the IgG structure considered the monomer.
