Immunohistochemical staining using H+K+ ATPase antibody (10R-H100b)
Immunohistochemistry was performed on cancer biopsies of deparaffinized Human gastric carcinoma tissues. Tissues were then probed at a dilution of 1:200 with Hydrogen/Potassium ATPase beta antibody or without (negative control).
