| Endotoxin Levels | Endotoxin level is less than 0.1 ng per ug (1 EU/ug). |
General Information
| Biological Significance | IL10 is an immunosuppressive cytokine produced by a variety of mammalian cell types including macrophages, monocytes, T cells, B cells and keratinocytes. IL10 inhibits the expression of proinflammatory cytokines such as IL1 and TNFa. Like IL4, IL10 enhances humoral immune responses and attenuates cell-mediated immune reactions. Human IL10 active on Mouse cells, but Mouse IL10 is inactive on human cells. |
