MHC Class I antibody (FITC) (61R-1165)
Mouse monoclonal MHC Class I antibody (FITC)
Overview
Overview
| Synonyms | Monoclonal MHC Class I antibody, Anti-MHC Class I antibody, MHCI antibody, MHC Class I antibody, H2Db antibody, H2Db antibody, Anti MHC Class I antibody, MHCI antibody |
|---|---|
| Specificity | Mouse |
| Applications | FC |
| Assay Information | A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 105 to 108 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. |

Flow Cytometric analysis using MHC Class I antibody (FITC) (61R-1165)
Staining of C57BL/6 splenocytes with 0.25 ug of Mouse IgG2a kappa Isotype Control (FITC) (open histogram) or 0.25 ug of MHC Class I antibody (H-2Db) (FITC) (filled histogram). Total viable cells were used for analysis.

General Information
| Biological Significance | The 28-14-8 monoclonal antibody reacts with the mouse MHC class I, H-2Db, and cross-reacts with H-2L, H-2Dq and/or H-2Lq. Binding of 28-14-8 to the alpha 3 domain of H-2L is not dependent on beta2-microglobulin. |
