MHC Class II antibody (FITC) (61R-1115)
Mouse monoclonal MHC Class II antibody (FITC)
Overview
Overview
| Synonyms | Monoclonal MHC Class II antibody, Anti-MHC Class II antibody, MHCII antibody, MHCCII antibody, MHCCII antibody, MHC Class II antibody, Anti MHC Class II antibody, MHCII antibody, MHCII antibody, MHCII antibody |
|---|---|
| Specificity | Rat |
| Applications | FC |
| Assay Information | A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 105 to 108 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. |

General Information
| Biological Significance | The HIS19 monoclonal antibody reacts with a polymorphic epitope of the rat MHC class II molecule, RT1B. This antibody reacts with all rat haplotypes except the RT1n. The rat MHC class II, RT1B, is expressed by antigen presenting cells including B cells, dendritic cells and macrophages. |
