Lane 1: Non-Reduced Monkey IgG Whole Molecule; Lane 2: 5 uL MW Marker; Lane 3: Reduced Monkey IgG Whole Molecule. (1 ug per lane). Band at 180 kDa in non-reduced gel and at 55 and 25 kDa in reduced gel. Non-reduced sample migrates higher than expected 106 kDa due to large molecular weight.
