NPM antibody detects endogenous levels of NPM only when phosphorylated at threonine 199
Cross Reactivity
Mouse, Rat
Applications
ELISA, IF, IHC, WB
Immunogen
NPM antibody was raised in Rabbit using a synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human NPM around the phosphorylation site of threonine 199 (R-D-TP-P-A) as the immunogen
Store at -20 deg C in small aliquots. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles
General Information
Biological Significance
NPM is a phosphoprotein which moves between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. The gene product is thought to be involved in several processes including regulation of the ARF/p53 pathway.
