| Biological Significance | T. gondii Profilin is a 163 amino acid, 18 kD profilin-like protein that generates a potent interleukin-12 (IL-12) response in murine dendritic cells through binding to Toll-like receptor 11 (TLR11). TLR11 does not appear to be expressed in human. |
