Hepatitis C Virus NS3 protein
The RNA helicase/protease NS3 plays a central role in the RNA replication of hepatitis C virus and is an important drug target in the effort to combat Hepatitis C. This recombinant Hepatitis C Virus NS3 protein is expressed in E.coli and is ideal for use in ELISA assays.
The Hepatitis B core protein selectively packages the viral genome and is a key feature of its structure. Epstein-Barr Virus is a virus of the herpes family, and is one of the most common viruses in humans. The Epstein-Barr virus early antigen (EA) complex consists of multiple proteins with relevance for diagnosis of acute, chronic and malignant EBV related diseases. We offer both native EBV EA protein which is purified from the Raji EBV strain and recombinant EBV EA protein which is >95% pure and ideal for use in ELISA and Western blotting.
Dengue virus in one of four serotypes and is the cause of dengue fever. It is a mosquito-borne single positive-stranded RNA virus of the family Flaviviridae; genus Flavivirus. All four serotypes can cause the full spectrum of disease. The primary life cycle of the dengue virus involves humans and mosquitoes. We provide a broad range of Dengue virus proteins for use in lateral flow, ELISA and Werstern blotting. This native Dengue protein is Subtype 2 and highly purified from Vero cells against a sucrose gradient.
