|Biological Significance||Rac1, belonging to the Rho small GTPase family, regulates the actin cytoskeleton but also other cellular processes. RAC1 have been shown to be involved in the regulation of cell-cell adhesion. Recombinant RAC1 was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.|
