TUJ1 antibody (10R-T136A)
Mouse monoclonal TUJ1 antibody
|Synonyms||Monoclonal TUJ1 antibody, Anti-TUJ1 antibody, TUJ-1, , Neuron-Specific Class III beta Tubublin antibody, TUJ 1, TUJ-1 antibody, TUJ 1 antibody, TUJ 1 antibody, TUJ1, beta-tubulin III antibody, TUJ-1 antibody|
|Immunogen||TUJ1 antibody was raised in mouse using microtubules derived from rat brain as the immunogen.|
Immunofluorescent staining of Tuj1 antibody (10R-T136A)
Neural progenitors were labeled with anti-rat Nestin polyclonal antibody and stained with conj ugated donkey anti-goat secondary anti-body (green). Differentiated neurons were labeled with neuron-specific mouse anti-beta-III tubulin/ Tuj1 antibody (red). Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
|Form & Buffer||PBS with 5% trehalose.|

Usage & Assay Information
|Usage Recommendations||WB: 1 ug/ml, IMC: 5-10 ug/mL|
Storage & Safety
|Storage||Store at 4 deg C for short term storage. Aliquot and store at -20 deg C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.|
|Biological Significance||Human Beta-Tubulin 3 is a 50,432 dalton structural protein (450 amino acid) expressed in neurons of the PNS and CNS. It contributes to microtubule stability in neuronal cell bodies and axons, and plays a role in axonal transport.|
